The evenings are getting darker, but there's plenty to look forward to at United Services Portsmouth (USP) Rugby Club as our Minis and Juniors enjoy their first training session under floodlights this season.

There's something special about stepping onto a floodlit pitch. With autumn here and winter approaching, our evening sessions give young players the chance to stay active, spend time with friends and keep developing their rugby skills.

From practicing passes and finding space to working together in team games, the focus remains on learning, building confidence and having fun. Every session is another opportunity to try something new and encourage a teammate.

A big thank you to our coaches, volunteers, parents and carers for keeping everyone supported as the season changes.

Wrap up and come prepared

Please bring suitable layers, a water bottle and the usual rugby kit. A warm top for the journey home is always welcome! As always, the club house is also open to provide hot drinks and snacks throughout the training session.
