Join the team! Mini and Junior Rugby Places Available at United Services Portsmouth Rugby Football Club

22 October 2026

Looking for a fun way for your child to get active, make friends and learn something new? United Services Portsmouth Rugby Football Club has places available across our Mini and Junior Rugby age groups for the 2026/27 season.

The season is already under way, and there's still time to join us! Whether your child is trying rugby for the first time or has played before, we'd love to welcome them to the club.

Our minis and junior rugby sessions help children develop confidence, teamwork and skills through age appropriate activities. From tag rugby in the younger age groups to the gradual introduction of contact rugby, our coaches support players as they learn and progress.

Being part of USP means joining a community where children can build friendships, celebrate their progress and enjoy being active together. Parents and carers are part of that community too, whether cheering from the touchline or lending a hand.

You don't need to wait until next season to get involved. Get in touch to discuss the right age group for your child and arrange their first session.

A child membership cost £10 per month (for the first child and a 50% discount for additional children). This covers two weekly training sessions on a Thursday evening 18:00 to 19:00, and Sunday mornings 09:30 to 11:00.

For more information, submit an application to join USP via the Join Us page.
